Working :- Decorticator Machine Will Be Used As The Main Decorticators To Which Screw Conveyor Will Feed Groundnut From The Storage Tank. After The Groundnut Are Shelled From Main Decorticators All The Shell Is Blown Away By The Blower Attached To The Decorticator And Mixture Groundnut Along With Fine Groundnut Seed Are Feed To Box Type Sorting Grader Attached Below.

• Box Type Sorting Grader Separator The Groundnut Seeds, Unshelled Groundnut And Cleans Dust Also From It.

• Unshelled Groundnut Another Decorticator Machine For Secondary Purpose (i.e., Shelling Of Small Sized Groundnut With Help Of Another Belt Type Bucket Elevator. Yet After This As There Are Small Groundnut Same As The Size Of Groundnut Seed Left Yet To Be Shelled Are Carried Forward With Groundnut Seeds To Flat Screen Grader Installed Respectively Ahead Of Every Box Type Sorting Grader.

•  Here Flat Screen Grader will clean the mixture give us output as pure Groundnut Seeds separating Small Groundnut which is feed directly to 2nd Belt Type Bucket Elevator that feeds to 3rd Decorticator Machine.
